These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Local Listing Media's website and services. By accessing or using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Local Listing Media offers the following services:

Real Estate Photography and Videography including but not limited to: 3D virtual tours, drone photos, professional HDR photos floor plans, and real estate videos. We guarantee satisfaction. We guarantee a refund or reshoot within 72 hours of you notifying us of you are not 100% satisfied. This is not a no-questions asked guarantee. We will ask you the reason for the dissatisfaction and how we can make it right. However, we believe in making people happy more than hanging onto a few dollars. If we truly can't make it right we will offer you a full refund. The client has 30 days after deliver to request a reshoot or refund.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All images, designs, and materials on this website or related to our services are the exclusive property of Local Listing Media. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited unless approved by written contract.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Clause: Our services are provided as-is, without warranties or guarantees besides those mentioned above. Independent contractors: We may use independent contractors for certain aspects of a project. Local Listing Media is not liable for errors, delays, or damages caused by subcontractors. Delays & External Factors: We are not responsible for project delays due to factors outside of our control.

4. Payment & Deposits

We may or may not require a deposit before beginning a project. If a deposit is required, this will be communicated in advance. Payment terms will be outlined in project-specific agreements.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be resolved in a California court or through arbitration as specified in our agreements.

6. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
